In addition to major programmes of training and development for managers and staff, DDA Consulting also provide facilitation for leadership and management teams at all levels. This includes not only the provision of skilled and experienced facilitators, but also the processes and tools necessary for success.
Typical facilitation assignments have included:
- Supporting the VP of a 2,000 strong organisation to establish team objectives for a one to three year time period
- Helping 30 new teams set up, as part of a reorganisation, to ‘get up to speed quickly’
- Supporting a newly appointed CEO to ‘establish new ways of working’ throughout the organisation
- Helping a chairman of a small multi-national service organisation to create a focus on ‘performance through creativity’
- Support the recruitment and development of a team of facilitators to address a wide range of business improvement projects
- Help a team of HR business partners to be more influential with leadership team members
- Facilitating an organisation through transitions linked to acquisitions
