A short questionnaire is completed by all team members (including the team leader). Anonymous responses are collated and analysed by DDA Consulting and a short report produced.

The analysis, conclusions and recommendations are made relative to the DDA Consulting Team Pyramid.

The results from completion of the questionnaire provide ideal material for a team development workshop. This can be run by an internal facilitator or with the help of a DDA Consulting consultant.
