Team Contribution Profile
A simple means of enabling any member of your team to receive feedback
from any other team members.
The team member and four other colleagues complete a short questionnaire.
This enables the person to compare how they see themselves with how others
see them.
The feedback is organised under the headings:-
Goals and objectives
Communication
Relationships
Motivation
Creativity
It also provides a summary of perceived strengths, weaknesses and overall
contribution index.
The team contribution profile can be used in isolation or as part of an
overall team review process.
