Following discussions with the team leader (and ideally some team members) the DDA Consulting consultant will suggest a structure, content and timescale. At this stage he/she will also agree specific objectives for the workshop. It is likely that some form of diagnostic will be set up in advance of the workshop and some form of follow-through will be set up for afterwards. Our preferred approach is to tailor the solution to your exact needs.
