The Need

The central & western European senior management team had a goal to significantly increase the level of management skills of junior & middle managers.

The target population varied considerably in cultural background, skill level and maturity. The company had a strong preference for a programme which was high energy, engaging, challenging, rewarding & fun.

Our Solution

We used a mixture of 1:1 coaching, psychometrics, a five day development programme and follow through activities.
The five day programme included specially designed outdoor business simulations and other practical projects in addition to workshop activities on real work issues.
The intensive five day programmes were held in a fine wines chteau close to Bordeaux, France, each programme catering for 18 participants.
We ran a total of 24 programmes over a two & a half year period.

Results/outcomes

The programme was extremely successful resulting in it being extended to USA & south Africa running in such venues as Florida, Connecticut, Arizona, California, Cape Town & Johannesberg.
